We may accept returns for purchases within 7 days of receipt, subject to the item being unused and in its original condition and packaging.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at support@shopkanary.com with your order number and photos or video showing the issue. We may request additional information to assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

For confirmed damaged or defective items, we may provide a repair, replacement, partial refund, full refund or other appropriate resolution depending on the nature of the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
